You don’t have to hold it all together alone.

Culturally responsive therapy for Asian Americans, couples, and families in Washington and Maryland.

🌿 你不需要一个人撑着。

You’ve been holding it together for everyone else — the partner, the parents, the child — but inside, you’re overwhelmed, unseen, and unsure how much longer you can keep going like this……

You are probably feeling:

  • “I feel like I’m never doing enough — for my parents, my partner, or myself.”

  • “I’ve done everything I was supposed to — why do I still feel so alone?”

  • “I want to be close, but everything turns into a misunderstanding.”

  • “No one ever taught me how to talk about this stuff — not in my family, not in school, not anywhere.

  • “We love each other, but we just don’t know how to talk anymore.”

  • “I’m not broken — I just don’t fit into the mold everyone expects.”

Maybe you're part of a couple or family desperately trying to reconnect, no matter how much you have tried. Or perhaps you’re a neurodiverse individual seeking to be truly seen and understood. You may an adult child feeling stuck between honoring your family and honoring yourself, or a new mother overwhelmed by identity changes and emotional ups and downs.

Whatever you're carrying—you’re not alone. Therapy can be a place to finally lay it down.

🌿 我在这里,陪你一起面对人生的转变与情绪的起伏。

Meet Your Therapist

Hi, I’m Dr. Jingshuai Du, LMFT

I’m a licensed marriage and family therapist associate and the founder of Wholeness Healing Psychotherapy. I specialize in helping adolescents, adults, couples, and families feel more connected, grounded, and whole.

As a Chinese immigrant, a new mom, and a partner in a biracial marriage. I know what it’s like to live between cultures, to juggle different roles and identities, and to hold onto your roots while growing into something new. I’ve felt the tension that can show up in relationships, especially when love crosses cultures and communication gets tangled. I also understand the joys and struggles of new motherhood, the identity shifts that come with it, and how hard it can be to ask for help…

Therapy with me is warm, grounding, and deeply respectful of where you come from and what matters most to you. I’m here to walk alongside you—whether you're figuring out who you are, how to stay connected in your relationships, or how to simply feel like yourself again.

🌿 在安全与接纳的空间里,我们能够真正地疗愈与成长。
